Powered Bath Tub Lift and Stairlift in Fredericksburg Va

Access Mobility Equipment has another happy customer in the Fredericksburg Va area.

We recently provided and installed a battery powered bathtub lift that allows for a much easier bathing process.  It allows a person who has difficulty getting in and out of the tub to have an independent and dignified bath.  The seat allows you to sit at a comfortable height. Then,  a sliding swivel seat allows you to get your legs over the wall and slide across the lift. Then, with the push of a button,  the lift lowers to within 2" of the bottom of the tub. Enjoy your bath and then exit the tub with just a push of the button. For folks that prefer a bath over a shower, this lift is a great device for a safe bath.

At the same home,  we also provided and installed a Harmar Pinnacle SL600 Stairlift. This stairlift has the absolute best track record of reliability and a superior warranty.  When folded for storage while not in use,  it is the most narrow stairlift available.  Harmar is a made in the USA company with 40 years of proven success.

Stairlift and Modular Ramp in Fredericksburg, Va

Access Mobility Equipment has recently completed a project in Fredericksburg,  Virginia.  This project was completed for a young man coming home from the rehab center after an injury.

A Harmar Pinnacle SL600 Stairlift was installed to allow the gentleman access to his second floor at home.  The Harmar Pinnacle was chosen because of its narrow design and superior made in the USA quality with a great warranty.

An aluminum modular wheelchair ramp was installed at the front porch and sidewalk area. The ramp consists of a 6' ramp from the porch to a 4' x 4' landing and 90 degree turn, and finishes with 15' ramp following the sidewalk towards the driveway.  An aluminum threshold ramp was installed at the 6" step through the door from the porch.

Swing away door hinges were provided and installed to assist with getting the wheelchair and walker through the narrow doors.  This allows us to widen the door opening without actually altering the existing frame or surrounding walls.

Lastly,  we provided a bathtub sliding transfer bench and a raised toilet seat to aid in those areas.
